QB Dorian Thompson-Robinson finished with 170 yards and an interception. Leading the rush was D’Onta Foreman with 49 yards off 13 carries, while Jerry Jeudy caught 12 balls for 94 yards total.

Cleveland has been pretty miserable this year when it comes to scoring. They’re averaging just 15.5 points per game and giving up 25.0 on the other side. The Browns have more interceptions (21) than they do passing touchdowns (18). The running game averages a tepid 97.0 yards per game and has accounted for just eight touchdowns so far.

Baltimore Ravens Betting Preview

Over on the Ravens’ side, they managed an 8-5 run before their bye week. Baltimore fell to the Chiefs, Raiders, Browns, Steelers, and Eagles in that time. Since the opening Sunday, the Ravens have beaten the Giants, Steelers, and Texans.

Matched up against Houston on Christmas Day, the Ravens were ahead 17-2 by the break. Baltimore scored a couple times in the third and rolled to the win 31-2. QB Lamar Jackson finished with 168 yards and two TDs through the air while also rushing four times for 87 yards and another score. Derrick Henry rushed 27 times for 147 yards and a score of his own, while Mark Andrews led the receivers on two grabs for 68 yards and a TD.

I’ll just stay with the Ravens, but if the line inflates too much further I’d reconsider. The 18-point margin is quite a bit, even when you consider that the Ravens are the only ones with anything to play for. Divisional matchups are almost always competitive, and it wouldn’t be surprising to see this one (somewhat) close as well. Baltimore rolled right past Houston in their last game, notching 25 first downs and 432 total yards (251 rushing). It was a well-disciplined win, with the Ravens posting zero turnovers and just three penalties along the way. That bodes well for this team heading into the playoffs—and Baltimore controls their own destiny in that regard. A win will give them the division. Considering the Ravens have posted 31 or more points in three straight games, things are looking good.

As for Cleveland, they can draw strength here from the fact that they beat the Ravens the last time these teams met up. The Browns posted 401 total yards in that 29-24 finish, with 321 of those coming through the air. Cleveland is going to have to put up another big aerial performance on the road in order to compete here, but I don’t think the Browns have got it in them.

All of that said, the Ravens will have to dispatch the specter of a 29-24 loss the last time these teams met up on October 27. Baltimore posted 387 yards in that one (263 passing) but also gave up 401 yards (321 passing) on the other side. Cleveland’s 23-14 run in the second half proved to be the difference. I like the Ravens to post a cleaner effort here and power out the win/cover.

Baltimore also has a great offense, but their defense has not been very good this season. Philadelphia definitely has the defensive advantage in this game, but I just think it is too tough to go into Baltimore and win in December. Take the Ravens here.

LA Chargers Betting Preview

The Los Angeles Chargers are 7-3 this year after they defeated Cincinnati by a score of 34-27 in their last game. Los Angeles held Cincinnati to two field goals in the first half and they jumped out to a 27-6 lead in the third quarter, but they needed a late touchdown run from Dobbins to get the win. The Chargers were outgained by a total of 452-435, lost the turnover battle 1-0, and went 3-11 on third down in the game. Justin Herbert threw for 297 yards and two touchdowns, while Ladd McConkey caught six passes for 123 yards in the win. 

Prior to that game, the Chargers won three games in a row against the Titans, Browns, and Saints. The LA offense has scored 22 points per game with 204.8 passing yards and 121.6 rushing yards per game, while the defense has allowed 14.5 points per game this season. Justin Herbert has completed 63.5% of his passes for 2,186 yards, 13 touchdowns, and one interception, while Ladd McConkey has caught 43 passes for 615 yards and four scores this year. 

Baltimore Ravens Betting Preview

The Baltimore Ravens are 7-4 this season after they lost to Pittsburgh by a score of 18-16 in their last game. Baltimore kept Pittsburgh out of the end zone for the full game, but they did allow six field goals and couldn’t convert on a two-point conversion to tie the game late. The Ravens outgained Pittsburgh by a total of 329-303, lost the turnover battle 3-1, and went 4-11 on third down in the game. Lamar Jackson threw for 207 yards, one touchdown, and one interception, while Derrick Henry rushed for 65 yards and one score. 

Prior to that loss, the Ravens defeated Cincinnati by a score of 35-34 and Denver by a score of 41-10. The Baltimore offense has scored 30.4 points per game with 252.8 passing yards and 177.3 rushing yards per game, while the defense has allowed 24.6 points per game this season. Los Angeles comes into this matchup playing some of their best football of the season, as they have won four games in a row, and they will be at home for this game. The Chargers have one of the best defensive units in the NFL and even though they did allow 27 last week to the Bengals, they still played very well for the first 2.5 quarters. Baltimore has lost two of their last four games and they really struggled to generate points against the Steelers last week. The Ravens have one of the best offenses in the NFL, but their defense is awful. I think we could see another high-scoring game in this matchup, as LA will only slow down Baltimore for so long, so give me the over here.

Pittsburgh Steelers Betting Preview

The Pittsburgh Steelers are 7-2 this season after they defeated Washington by a score of 28-27 in their last game. Pittsburgh trailed 17-14 at halftime and 24-14 in the third quarter, but they scored 14 of the last 17 points in the game for the win. The Steelers outgained Washington by a total of 312-242, lost the turnover battle 2-1, and went 7-16 on third down in the game. Russell Wilson threw for 195 yards, three touchdowns, and one interception, while George Pickens caught five passes for 91 yards and one score. 

Prior to that game, the Steelers won three games in a row against the Giants, Jets, and Raiders. The Pittsburgh offense has scored 23.9 points per game with 188 passing yards and 138.3 rushing yards per game, while the defense has allowed 16.2 points per game this season. Russell Wilson has completed 66.3% of his passes for 1,106 yards, five touchdowns, and one interception, while George Pickens has caught 40 passes for 639 yards and two scores. 

Baltimore Ravens Betting Preview

The Baltimore Ravens are 7-3 this year after they defeated the Bengals by a score of 35-34 last week. Baltimore trailed 21-7 in the third quarter, but they stormed back to take a 35-28 lead, before stopping a two-point play in the final seconds for the win. The Ravens were outgained by a total of 470-389, won the turnover battle 1-0, and went 7-12 on third down in the game. Lamar Jackson threw for 290 yards and four touchdowns, while Tylan Wallace caught three passes for 115 yards and one score. 

Prior to that win, the Ravens defeated Denver by a score of 41-10 but did lose to Cleveland by a score of 29-24 before that. The Baltimore offense has scored 31.8 points per game with 257.6 passing yards and 182.6 rushing yards per game, while the defense has allowed 25.3 points per game this season. Lamar Jackson has completed 69.1% of his passes for 2,669 yards, 24 touchdowns, and two interceptions, while Derrick Henry has rushed for 1,120 yards and 12 scores.

Pittsburgh has won four games in a row and they have scored at least 26 points in four straight games. The Steelers have a slightly better record than Baltimore and their defense has also been better. This should be another very entertaining AFC North battle, but I have to take the Steelers and their defense at home.
