Sacramento Kings vs LA Lakers Player Prop Picks 12-19-24

The Los Angeles Lakers (14-12) will face the Sacramento Kings (13-14) on December 19th, 2024, at the Golden 1 Center in Sacramento. The Kings enter the matchup as 5-point favorites, with the over/under set at 232.5 points. The Lakers have won two of their last three games, including a 116-110 victory over the Memphis Grizzlies on December 15. Anthony Davis has been a dominant force, averaging 27.8 points and 11.4 rebounds per game, while LeBron James contributes 22.8 points, 8.0 rebounds, and 9.1 assists per game. After a brief absence due to personal reasons and foot soreness, LeBron returned to help lead the team. Defensively, the Lakers have been strong, particularly in their recent win against Memphis, where they held their opponents to 39.2% shooting.

The Kings, meanwhile, are coming off a 130-129 loss to the Denver Nuggets, ending a three-game winning streak. Sacramento boasts one of the highest-scoring offenses in the league, averaging 117.2 points per game. De’Aaron Fox leads the team with 26.2 points per game, and Domantas Sabonis provides a strong double-double presence, contributing 21.5 points and 13.1 rebounds per game. The Kings’ offensive firepower will be tested by the Lakers’ solid defense, especially in the paint where Davis’s presence could make a significant impact. With the Kings’ recent loss and the Lakers’ defensive strength, Los Angeles is favored to win this matchup.

Anthony Davis Over 27.5 Points

Anthony Davis has been a standout performer for the Los Angeles Lakers during this season. He’s averaging 27.8 points per game, ranking 7th in the league. His scoring efficiency includes a field goal percentage of 53.4%, placing him 24th among qualified players. His consistent scoring has been instrumental in the Lakers’ offensive strategies this season.

Anthony Davis is coming off a massive game where he put up 40 points against the Memphis Grizzlies. When I saw this matchup I knew right away I would be targeting the leading scorer to go over their points for the Lakers. The King’s downfall this season has been their defense and we’ve seen them be involved in some large scoring affairs and their last few games. With a total this high expect a fast-paced high scoring game in which Anthony Davis’s play style will thrive in.

Austin Reaves Over 16.5 Points

Austin Reaves has been a key contributor to the Los Angeles Lakers offense during this season. He’s averaging 16.9 points per game, ranking 60th in the league. In addition to his scoring, Reaves contributes 3.6 rebounds and 5.0 assists per game.

I love this matchup for Austin Reeves. One of the weak points for this Kings team is their perimeter defense. The Kings are currently giving up 14.8 three-pointers per game to opposing teams which is the third most in the league. Austin Reeves is this Lakers team’s main 3-point threat. Expect LeBron James and Anthony Davis to get a lot of attention from this Kings defense which will open things up for Reaves beyond the arc.

De’Aaron Fox Over 6.5 Assists

De’Aaron Fox has been a pivotal playmaker for the Sacramento Kings so far this season. He’s averaging 6.1 assists per game, ranking 22nd in the league. In addition to his assist numbers, Fox contributes 26.2 points and 5.1 rebounds per game.

We’ve seen Fox clear this number of 6.5 assists in his last four games. I don’t see him slowing down in this one going against this Lakers team that has been carved up by point guards this season. The Lakers are giving up 28.4 assists per game to opposing teams which is the fifth most in the whole NBA. With the way the Kings have been playing offense as of late this should be another great matchup for Fox to clear his assist line again.

Boston Celtics vs Chicago Bulls Player Prop Picks 12-19-24

The Boston Celtics will face the Chicago Bulls on December 19th, 2024, at TD Garden in Boston. The Celtics enter the game on a four-game winning streak, most recently defeating the Washington Wizards 112-98. Jayson Tatum leads the team with 28.2 points per game, while Jaylen Brown adds 25.8 points per game, and Kristaps Porziņģis and Derrick White contribute significantly to the offense. Boston’s defense is also a key strength, ranking seventh in points allowed per game (109.8) and excelling in field goal and three-point defense.

The Bulls, on the other hand, have been inconsistent, recently defeating the Toronto Raptors 122-121 but enduring a three-game losing streak before that. Zach LaVine leads the Bulls with 25.1 points per game, while DeMar DeRozan contributes 22.3 points per game, and Nikola Vucević provides a strong presence with 11.8 rebounds per game. However, Chicago’s defense has struggled, allowing 113.8 points per game, which could be a significant vulnerability against Boston’s high-powered offense. Given the disparity in recent form, team strengths, and the Celtics’ defensive prowess, Boston is expected to win this matchup comfortably.

Jayson Tatum Over 27.5 Points

Jayson Tatum has been a standout performer for the Boston Celtics this season. He’s averaging 28.2 points per game, ranking 6th in the league. His scoring efficiency includes a field goal percentage of 45.3%, placing him 80th among qualified players. Tatum’s three-point shooting stands at 35.9%, with an average of 3.8 made three-pointers per game on 10.5 attempts. At the free-throw line, he maintains an 80.2% success rate, averaging 5.9 made free throws on 7.4 attempts per game.

Tatum’s last big game was on November 10th, against the Bucks where he recorded 34 points, 10 rebounds, and 5 assists in a victory. I think we could see a similar stat line in this one. The Bulls are giving up 121.9 points per game to opposing teams which is the second most in the league. They also play at a very fast pace which factors into this pick. This is a dream matchup for Jayson Tatum.

Nikola Vucevic Over 9.5 Rebounds

Nikola Vucevic has been a consistent and reliable rebounder for the Chicago Bulls during this season. He’s averaging 9.6 rebounds per game, ranking 16th in the league. His rebounding performance includes 7.7 defensive rebounds and 2.0 offensive rebounds per game. Notably, on November 10, 2024, Vucevic recorded a season-high 22 rebounds in a game against the New York Knicks.

Vucevic has failed to get over 10 rebounds in his last four games but I like him to bounce back in this spot. These teams played back on November 19th and in that game, Vucevic had 11 rebounds. The Celtics do a lot of things great but they’ve struggled on the glass this season.  They’re giving up 53.2 rebounds per game to opposing teams which is well above the league average. If the Bulls want to stay in this game they’ll need to give Vucevic a lot of minutes which will result in him filling up the stat sheet.

Jrue Holiday Over 4.5 Assists

Jrue Holiday has been a key playmaker for the Boston Celtics this season. He’s averaging 4.0 assists per game, ranking 62nd in the league. In addition to his assist numbers, Holiday contributes 12.6 points and 4.2 rebounds per game. Notably, on November 6th, 2024, he recorded a season-high 8 assists in a game against the Golden State Warriors.

We saw Jrue Holiday only record one assist in his last game against the Washington Wizards which you would expect more from the point guard of this high-powered Celtics offense. This is a great spot to buy low on Holiday’s assists as he’s playing this Bulls team that struggles to contain playmakers. The Bulls are giving up 29.2 assists per game to opposing teams which is the second most in the league. This is a great spot for Holiday to get back on track and fill up the assist column.

Detroit Pistons vs Utah Jazz Player Prop Picks 12-19-24

The Detroit Pistons will host the Utah Jazz on December 19th, 2024, at Little Caesars Arena. The Pistons have shown signs of improvement, winning two of their last three games, including a 125-124 victory over the Miami Heat. In that game, Cade Cunningham recorded a triple-double with 20 points, 11 rebounds, and 18 assists, while Malik Beasley led the scoring with 28 points. Offensively, Detroit averages 110.6 points per game and has been shooting well recently, making over 47% of their shots and 40% of their three-pointers in the last three games. Defensively, they allow 113.8 points per game, indicating room for improvement.

The Jazz, conversely, are on a three-game losing streak and have lost four of their last five games. Their defense has been a significant issue, allowing 120.3 points per game, which ranks among the worst in the league. In their recent games, they’ve conceded 141, 134, and 144 points, respectively. Utah’s offense averages 109.8 points per game, with Lauri Markkanen being a key contributor. However, their defensive struggles have overshadowed their offensive efforts.

Cade Cunningham Over 23.5 Points

Cade Cunningham has been a standout performer for the Detroit Pistons this season. He’s averaging 23.5 points per game, ranking 21st in the league. His shooting efficiency includes a field goal percentage of 45.1%. Cunningham’s three-point shooting stands at 39.3%, with an average of 2.5 made three-pointers per game on 6.4 attempts. Notably, Cunningham recorded a triple-double with 29 points, 10 rebounds, and 15 assists in a win over the New York Knicks on December 7, 2024.

In Cunningham’s last two games, we’ve seen him fail to get over this number of 23.5 but I love him to bounce back in the spot. The Utah Jazz’s downfall this season has been their defensive capabilities as we’ve seen teams have monstrous nights against them over their last few games.  in a game where the Pistons will be looking to bounce back expect Cunningham to play aggressively on offense and have a big night scoring the ball.

Jalen Duren Under 9.5 Rebounds

Jalen Duren has been a significant presence on the boards for the Detroit Pistons during this season. He’s averaging 9.2 rebounds per game over 24 games, ranking 18th in the league. His rebounding breakdown includes an average of 6.1 defensive rebounds and 3.1 offensive rebounds per game. His consistent rebounding efforts have been instrumental in the Pistons’ interior defense and second-chance opportunities this season.

With that being said we’ve seen Jaylen Duren have some slow nights on the boards and overall his numbers are inconsistent. He’s coming off a massive game on the boards where he secured 16 rebounds against the Miami Heat but in his three games before that, he failed to get over six rebounds. He’s going against the Jazz who don’t do much well but they have been strong on the glass. The Jazz are only giving up 49.5 rebounds per game to opposing teams which is the third fewest in the league. After a massive rebounding night, this is a spot I’m looking to fade Duren on the boards

John Collins Over 1.5 Three Pointers

John Collins has been a consistent three-point shooter for the Utah Jazz during this NBA season. As of December 18, 2024, he is averaging 1.5 made three-pointers per game on 3.3 attempts, resulting in a three-point shooting percentage of 45.3%. This performance is a significant improvement over his career average of 36.4% from beyond the arc.

John Collins is coming off a game where he didn’t make a single three-pointer against the Clippers. Before that game, he had multiple three-pointer games and four of his last five. I like him to bounce back in this spot. The Pistons have struggled when it comes to perimeter defense. The Pistons are giving up 14.2 three-pointers per game to opposing teams which is well above the league average. Expect Collins to bounce back from beyond the arc in this spot.

Washington Wizards vs Charlotte Hornets Player Prop Picks 12-19-24

The Charlotte Hornets will face the Washington Wizards on December 19th, 2024, at Capital One Arena, with both teams eager to end their respective losing streaks. The Hornets, who have lost 10 of their last 11 games, are coming off a 121-108 loss to the Philadelphia 76ers. LaMelo Ball continues to lead Charlotte, averaging 30.2 points, 5.4 rebounds, and 7.2 assists per game.

The Wizards, struggling defensively with a league-worst 121.5 points allowed per game, have lost three straight, including a 112-98 defeat to the Boston Celtics. Kyle Kuzma leads Washington with 22.3 points and 7.9 rebounds per game, while Jordan Poole and Deni Avdija contribute to their offensive efforts. However, the Wizards also face injury concerns, with Corey Kispert, Kuzma, and Malcolm Brogdon potentially unavailable for this matchup.

Lamelo Ball Over 26.5 Points

LaMelo Ball has been a standout performer for the Charlotte Hornets this season. He’s averaging 30.2 points per game, ranking fourth in the league. Ball’s scoring prowess is highlighted by several high-scoring games, including a 50-point performance against the Milwaukee Bucks and 44 points versus the Orlando Magic.

Recently, Ball sustained a left calf strain, leading to his absence for at least two weeks. He returned to action on December 16th, contributing 15 points, 11 assists, five rebounds, and four steals in a loss to the Philadelphia 76ers. 15 points is a slow night for Lamelo but after missing several of games he needed a game to get back in the swing of things. We should see the Lamelo Ball from earlier this season, with him going against this Wizards defense, which has been awful.

Jordan Poole Under 22.5 Points

Jordan Poole has been a vital scoring option for the Washington Wizards during this season. He’s averaging 20.3 points per game, which places him 35th among league leaders. His offensive efficiency includes a field goal percentage of 43.4% and a three-point shooting percentage of 39.2%, with an average of 3.1 made three-pointers on 8.0 attempts per game.

The issue with Jordan Poole has been consistency when it comes to scoring. After having a massive game against Denver Nuggets scoring 39 points he’s failed to get over this number of 22.5 points in his last three games. Now he’s going against this Charlotte Hornets team that plays at a slower pace and has played in a lot of low-scoring games. I don’t think this is the night that Jordan Poole bounces back.

Miles Bridges Over 5.5 Rebounds

Even though Bridges has been off and on the court he has been a consistent contributor to the Charlotte Hornets’ rebounding efforts when he plays. He’s averaging 6.8 rebounds per game over 12 games, with approximately 5.8 defensive rebounds and 0.9 offensive rebounds per game.

In recent games, Bridges secured 6 rebounds against the Philadelphia 76ers on December 16th, 2024, and 9 rebounds against the Chicago Bulls on December 13th, 2024. It looks like there’s a good chance that Brandon Miller will be out of the Hornets lineup once again for this game. This will result in more rebounding opportunities for Miles Bridges. The Wizards are also giving up  57.5 rebounds per game to opposing teams which is the second most in the league.

NY Knicks vs Charlotte Hornets Player Prop Picks 12-5-24

This matchup between the New York Knicks and the Charlotte Hornets promises to showcase a clash of styles and strengths. The Knicks are off to a solid start to the season, riding a potent offense spearheaded by Jalen Brunson and the addition of Karl Anthony Towns. They also acquired OG Anuoby and his addition has given them a significant boost, improving their overall performance, including their rebounding and perimeter defense.

On the other hand, the Hornets are relying heavily on LaMelo Ball, who has been playing at an elite level. However, Charlotte has been without LaMelo due to injury which has hindered their consistency. Despite this, rookie Brandon Miller has also emerged as a significant contributor. The Knicks will likely look to capitalize on Charlotte’s weakened roster, with their well-rounded game posing challenges for the Hornets.

Brandon Miller Under 5.5 Rebounds

Brandon Miller’s rebounding stats this season show notable contributions, particularly in defense. He has averaged 5.3 rebounds per game. His breakdown consists of 1.4 offensive rebounds and 3.7 defensive rebounds per game. This performance places him as a steady contributor in the rebounding department for the Charlotte Hornets.

Brandon Miller has had some impressive rebounding performances but my problem with him has been inconsistency issues. For example, after a strong couple of games on the glass he only had three rebounds in his last game against the Sixers and I don’t think this is a good spot for him to bounce back against his Knicks team. The Knicks are only giving up 48 rebounds per game to opposing teams which is the fewest in the league. He’ll be matched up with Karl-Anthony Towns whose been a premier rebounder in the league this season. This is a good time to fade Brandon Miller on the glass.

Jalen Brunson Under 25.5 Points

Jalen Brunson is currently averaging 25.4 points per game while also contributing 7.7 assists and 2.9 rebounds. Brunson is shooting efficiently, with a field goal percentage of 48.8%, including 40.9% from three-point range. He has also been solid at the free-throw line, converting 85% of his attempts.

Jalen Brunson has failed to get over 25 points in his last two games and this is a spot I’m looking to fade him again. This Hornet’s team plays good defense and plays at one of the slower paces in the league so far this season. These teams played just a couple of games ago and neither team scored over 100 points. If we see somewhat of a similar result there’s no way Jalen Brunson will clear this point line.

Karl-Anthony Towns Over 11.5 Rebounds

Karl-Anthony Towns has been performing strongly on the boards during the 2024-25 NBA season. Through 21 games, he is averaging 13.1 rebounds per game, with a solid total of 262 rebounds so far. His rebounding efficiency shows a dominant presence in the paint, contributing 10.2 defensive rebounds per game and 2.9 offensive rebounds. His overall rebounding percentage is 22.8%, with defensive rebounds making up a significant portion of his contributions.

Karl-Anthony Towns has cleared this line with ease in seven of his last nine games. In his last game, he had 15 rebounds against the Orlando Magic, and the game before that he had 19 rebounds against the New Orleans Pelicans. If you’ve been betting the over on Karl-Anthony Towns rebounds this season you’ve been cashing in. I don’t see a world where Anthony Towns doesn’t have another big game on the glass in this matchup.

San Antonio Spurs vs Chicago Bulls Player Prop Picks 12-5-24

This matchup between the Chicago Bulls and San Antonio Spurs will highlight contrasting trajectories. The Bulls, led by Zach LaVine, aim to solidify their rhythm after an inconsistent start. Chicago’s offense is anchored by LaVine’s scoring explosiveness and Nikola Vucevic’s craftiness in the paint.

The Spurs will rely heavily on Victor Wembanyama, whose versatility has been a bright spot. However, their defense has struggled at times which the Bulls will focus on exploiting because they have their own problems on defense as well. This should be a high-scoring fast-paced game.

Chris Paul Over 11.5 Points

Chris Paul has shown a steady scoring output. Averaging 10.3 points per game across 21 games, he has been efficient, shooting 45.3% from the field, including 37.5% from beyond the arc on 5.2 attempts per game. Paul also maintains a perfect 100% from the free-throw line on 1.6 attempts per game. His shot distribution highlights his role as a facilitator and spot-up shooter, complementing younger players on the team.

Paul is coming off a game where he only scored two points against the Phoenix Suns but I love him to bounce back in this spot. He’s going against this Chicago Bulls team that is allowing the most points per game to opposing teams in the league and ranking in the bottom 10 in almost every defensive category. I expect Chris Paul to carve up this Chicago Bulls defense in transition.

Zach Lavine Over 23.5 Points

Zach LaVine is having a solid scoring season for the Chicago Bulls so far this season. He has averaged 22.0 points per game, playing approximately 33.8 minutes per contest. His shooting efficiency is noteworthy, with a 50.9% field goal percentage, including 42.9% from three-point range on 7.4 attempts per game. He’s also consistent from the free-throw line, hitting 82.5% of his shots. LaVine’s true shooting percentage is an impressive 63.9%, reflecting his scoring efficiency across all shot types.

I think we see Zach LaVine having a nice night on Thursday against this Spurs team. He’s coming off of a game where he only scored 18 points against the Brooklyn Nets but over his last 10 games, we’ve seen him have some monstrous nights on the offensive side of the ball. In the game I expect to be high-scoring and fast-paced the Bulls will need Zach Lavine to have a good game on offense to have a chance in this one.

Victor Wembanyama Over 10.5 Rebounds

Victor Wembanyama has been a dominant force on the boards during this season, averaging 10.4 rebounds per game. His rebounding is split effectively between offensive and defensive efforts, with 2.1 offensive rebounds and 8.3 defensive rebounds per game, showcasing his ability to contribute on both ends of the floor. Wembanyama’s size and athleticism make him a key component for the San Antonio Spurs in controlling possessions and providing second-chance opportunities.

Wembanyama is coming off back-to-back games where he had 13 rebounds and I expect them to have another big night on the glass in this one. He’s going against this Chicago Bulls team that is allowing 54.5 rebounds per game to opposing teams which is the fifth most in the whole NBA. With the amount of shots the Bulls take and give up per game there will be plenty of opportunities for Wembanyama to collect boards.

Golden State Warriors vs Houston Rockets Player Prop Picks 12-5-24

The Houston Rockets face the Golden State Warriors on December 5, 2024, at the Chase Center. The Rockets (15-7) have been one of the most consistent teams this season, with Jalen Green and Alperen Sengun contributing on both ends of the floor. However, Fred VanVleet’s availability remains questionable due to a knee injury.

The Warriors (12-8) aim to bounce back from recent struggles, relying on Stephen Curry to lead the charge. Defensive anchors like Draymond Green could also play a pivotal role. This should be a great matchup between two of the better teams in the Western Conference.

Jabari Smith Over 6.5 Rebounds

Jabari Smith Jr. has been averaging 6.8 rebounds per game during the 2024-25 NBA season. His rebounding splits are strong, with 1.9 offensive rebounds and 4.9 defensive rebounds. Smith has been active on the boards, contributing solidly to the Houston Rockets’ efforts. His performances have been highlighted by a few standout games, including multiple double-digit rebounding efforts.

Jabari Smith has stepped up in a big way for this Houston Rockets team on the boards. He’s coming off a seven-rebound game against the Sacramento Kings and a season-high 14-rebound game against the Oklahoma City Thunder. He has a favorable matchup against the Warriors who are allowing 54.7 rebounds per game to opposing teams which is the fourth most in the whole NBA. I expect Jabari Smith to have another solid night on the glass.

Draymond Green Over 8.5 Points

Draymond Green has been averaging 8.8 points per game so far this season. Over 19 games, he’s playing around 28.5 minutes per game. He has a solid shooting percentage of 43.3% from the field and has been effective from the free-throw line, hitting 60.4% of his attempts. Green also contributes significantly in other areas: he’s averaging 6.3 rebounds, 5.9 assists, and 2.9 steals per game. His all-around game continues to be a key asset for the Golden State Warriors this season.

Green has cleared this line of 8.5 points in seven of his last nine games. He’s coming off a game against the Suns where he scored 13 points and in the game before that, he scored 10 points against the Thunder. Steph Curry will garner a lot of attention from this Rocket’s defense which will force other players on this Warriors team like Draymond Green to step up and contribute to the scoreboard.

Alperen Sengun Over 19.5 Points

Alperen Sengun has been impressive this season, demonstrating his scoring ability through a well-rounded offensive game. As of early December, he has been contributing solidly across games, averaging around 19 points per game. His efficiency has been notable, shooting over 50% from the field, including a respectable 40% from three-point range. He has also been effective at the free-throw line, with a percentage around 70%. In several games, he has posted high-scoring performances, including a 24-point game with 8 rebounds and another 22-point effort with 14 rebounds.

Sengun has been on fire lately scoring 20 plus points in five straight games. In what should be a close and competitive Western Conference battle I expect the Rockets to utilize Sengun in the paint against an undersized Warriors starting lineup. This is a spot where I want to ride the hot hand and take Sengun to have his six-straight 20-point games.

Washington Wizards vs Dallas Mavericks Player Prop Picks 12-5-24

The Dallas Mavericks and Washington Wizards will face off on December 5, 2024, in a matchup that highlights contrasting trajectories. The Mavericks, led by Luka Doncic, have recently been on a roll, winning five straight games. Doncic, averaging 29.1 points, 7.9 rebounds, and 7.8 assists, will be the centerpiece of Dallas’ offense. The Mavericks are in good form, complemented by strong team play and improved defense.

The Wizards, meanwhile, are struggling with consistency, holding one of the NBA’s weakest records. Jordan Poole leads their scoring with 20.5 points per game, but the team has struggled on both ends of the floor. This game will likely hinge on Dallas’ ability to exploit Washington’s defensive lapses, while the Wizards will need an outstanding performance to counter the Mavericks’ balanced attack.

Dereck Lively Over 7.5 Rebounds

Derek Lively II has been a solid contributor on the boards during the 2024-25 NBA season with the Dallas Mavericks. He is averaging 7.4 rebounds per game across 23.1 minutes of play per night. His rebounding is split effectively between offensive and defensive boards, showcasing his ability to be impactful on both ends of the court. In recent performances, Lively has recorded notable rebounding efforts, including 13 boards against the Miami Heat and 11 in a game against the Memphis Grizzlies

Derek Lively is coming off a massive rebounding night against the Grizzles and he has another great opportunity with playing the Wizards. The Wizards are one of the worst rebounding teams in the league giving up 56.3 rebounds per game to opposing teams which is the second most in the league. Centers have been eating against this Wizards team on the glasses season and I don’t see that changing for Lively in this Mav’s teams.

Luka Doncic Over 29.5 Points

Luka Doncic has been a dominant scorer for the Mavs this season, averaging around 29.1 points per game while maintaining a shooting efficiency of 48.7% from the field. His three-point shooting stands at 38.2%, and he’s been effective at the free-throw line, hitting 78.6% of his attempts. Luka’s ability to get to the line and score from all levels continues to make him one of the league’s elite offensive players.

Luka is coming off two massive games scoring 36 points against the Portland Trail Blazers and 37 points against the Memphis Grizzlies. If he can have those nights against those teams imagine what he’s going to do against this weak Wizards defense. The only thing that worries me about this play is if the Mavs are up by too many points late in this game and the Mavs bench the starters. With that being said I still think he gets enough minutes to have a 30-point night.

Kyrie Irving Over 5.5 Assists

Kyrie Irving’s assist stats for this season reflect his role as a key playmaker for the Dallas Mavericks. He is currently averaging 5.6 assists per game, contributing significantly to the team’s offensive flow alongside Luka Doncic. Kyrie’s ability to distribute effectively complements his scoring skills, maintaining his position as a dual-threat guard. This playmaking effort aligns with the Mavericks’ strategy to balance scoring between their stars while involving other teammates in the offense

Kyrie Irving is coming off a night where he only had two assists against the Memphis Grizzlies but this is a perfect spot for him to bounce back and have a great night facilitating the ball. The Wizards are giving up 27.6 assists per game to opposing teams which is well above the league average. In a game, the Mavs should dominate on offense expect their lead ball handler to have a good night in the assist column.

Boston Celtics vs Detroit Pistons Player Prop Picks 12-4-24

This matchup between the Detroit Pistons and Boston Celtics at TD Garden highlights two teams in contrasting positions. The Celtics, boasting a 17-4 record, are dominant on both ends, ranking third in points per game (120) and first in point differential (+10.3). Jayson Tatum and Jrue Holiday are key players, though both are listed as day-to-day with injuries. Boston’s home-court advantage (8-2 at home) and depth make them a formidable opponent.

Conversely, the Pistons, at 9-13, are trying to find consistency. Cade Cunningham leads their offense, but defensive struggles and limited bench contributions have been significant issues. Detroit will need a disciplined defensive effort to compete with Boston’s firepower and precision shooting.

Jalen Duren Over 9.5 Rebounds

Jalen Duren has been a strong rebounding force for the Detroit Pistons during the 2024-25 NBA season, averaging 9.6 rebounds per game over 22 appearances. His efforts are well-distributed between offensive and defensive boards, with notable performances helping anchor the Pistons’ frontcourt. Duren’s impact on the glass has made him one of the key contributors to Detroit’s efforts in second-chance opportunities and defensive stops.

Jalen Duren’s rebounding numbers have been inconsistent this season so you need to choose your spots wisely with him. With that being said I think this is a good spot for him to go over this line of 9.5 rebounds. The Celtics do a lot of things great but they’re allowing a lot of rebounds to big men this season. They’re allowing 53.1 rebounds per game to opposing teams which is above the league average. After a couple of slow rebounding nights for Duren, this is a good spot for him to have a good night on the glass.

Jayson Tatum Under 27.5 Points

Jayson Tatum has been performing well so far this season, with an average of 28.4 points per game. He’s shooting 46.0% from the field and 38.1% from beyond the arc, showcasing his offensive versatility. Tatum has also been efficient from the free-throw line, hitting 80.1% of his attempts. His ability to score consistently across all three levels has made him a critical offensive asset for the Boston Celtics.

This is a spot I want to fade Jayson Tatum. With Kristaps Porzingis now back in the lineup this Celtics team just has too many mouths to feed. Guys like Brown and White will need to get their looks as well which just cuts into the opportunities Tatum has to get over this large line. If the Celtics stay healthy and consistently have this lineup of scorers in I expect odds makers to adjust Tatum’s line a bit lower than it has been to start the season.

Cade Cunningham Over 22.5 Points

Cade Cunningham has been impressive this season, averaging 23.5 points per game across 18 games so far. His scoring efficiency includes shooting 44.3% from the field, 37.5% from three-point range, and 80.8% from the free-throw line. Cunningham is demonstrating his ability to score consistently, attempting an average of 19.9 field goals per game, with 2.3 made three-pointers on 6.2 attempts. His ability to get to the line also contributes significantly to his scoring, averaging 3.5 free throws made per game on 4.3 attempts. Notably, his scoring output is complemented by his overall contributions as a playmaker and rebounder.

Cade Cunningham returned back from injury against the Bucks on Tuesday night and had 23 points. I expect him to have another good scoring night against the Celtics. This Pistons team lacks offensive weapons and Cunningham has had to put a lot of the burden on his back. In a game that I expect the Celtics to be up for most of the time, Cunningham will need to be aggressive on offense for them to stay within reach.

Brooklyn Nets vs Indiana Pacers Player Prop Picks 12-4-24

The Indiana Pacers and Brooklyn Nets face off on December 4, 2024, at the Barclays Center, with both teams holding identical records of 6-9. The Pacers have been an offensive juggernaut, averaging 114.7 points per game, led by Pascal Siakam’s 20.8 points, 6.4 rebounds, and 4.0 assists. Tyrese Haliburton also plays a critical role, averaging 8.6 assists and contributing defensively with 1.3 steals per game. Indiana’s defense, however, has been a concern, allowing an average of 119 points per game, and ranking near the bottom of the league in defensive efficiency.

The Nets, meanwhile, rely heavily on Cam Thomas, who averages 24.7 points per game, and contributions from Dennis Schröder in both scoring and playmaking. Nic Claxton provides a defensive anchor with 1.3 blocks per game. The Nets are slightly more efficient defensively, allowing 114.7 points per game, but have struggled recently, losing three straight games by significant margins.

Dennis Schroder Over 6.5 Assists

Dennis Schröder has stepped up as this Nets team’s lead facilitator averaging 6.4 assists per game. He is also playing 34.3 minutes per game, contributing significantly to his team’s ball movement. Schroder’s assist-to-turnover ratio has been solid, and he has had multiple strong performances with over 7 assists in several games, showcasing his playmaking abilities.

Schroder is coming off a 10 assist game against the Bulls and just a few games ago we saw him log 12 assists against the Hornets. He gets another favorable matchup against the Pacers that leaves a lot open on defense and plays at a fast pace. The Pacers allow 26.4 assists per game to opposing teams which is well above the league average.

Myles Tuner Under 16.5 Points

Myles Turner is currently having a productive season but has lacked consistency. He’s averaging 15.7 points per game while shooting an efficient 47.0% from the field. Turner is also contributing significantly from beyond the arc, with 2.0 three-pointers made per game at a 38.4% clip. His free throw shooting is average, hitting 70.5% of his attempts.

Myles Turner has failed to get over this number of 16.5 points in 4 straight games. This Pacers team is getting more production from guys like Siakam and Haliburton as of late. This is a spot I want to follow the trend and fade Myles Turner until he turns things around.

Cam Johnson Over 17.5 Points

Cam Johnson is having an impressive scoring season in 2024-25 with the Brooklyn Nets. Over his 32.5 minutes per game, he is averaging 18.1 points, shooting 49.0% from the field. His three-point shooting has been especially strong, with a 42.2% success rate on 7.3 attempts per game. He also contributes at the free-throw line, hitting 90.8% of his free throws. Johnson’s scoring is complemented by his ability to grab 4.2 rebounds and dish out 3.0 assists per game.

Cam Johnson missed the last game for the Nets against the Bulls but it looks like he’ll be back for this one. With Cam Thomas being out due to injury they’ve needed Johnson to step up on offense. He has a favorable matchup going against the Pacers who have one the worst defenses in the NBA and play at a fast pace. If the Nets want to stay in this one they’ll need Cam Johnson to have at least 20 points.

Miami Heat vs LA Lakers Player Prop Picks 12-4-24

This matchup between the Los Angeles Lakers and the Miami Heat at the Kaseya Center in Miami brings together two teams looking to steady their seasons. The Lakers, currently 8th in the Western Conference, have been struggling offensively, averaging just 92 points over their last three games. Anthony Davis remains their standout performer, averaging 27.8 points, 11.5 rebounds, and 2.0 blocks per game. LeBron James, as the team’s playmaker, will be key to orchestrating the offense, particularly as injuries have impacted the depth of their roster.

The Heat, sitting 7th in the Eastern Conference, have had an up-and-down season and are also dealing with injury concerns. Jimmy Butler is questionable with a knee injury, and Nikola Jovic has been ruled out. This leaves Bam Adebayo and Tyler Herro as the primary contributors. Adebayo’s presence in the paint and Herro’s ability to create offense from the perimeter will be critical for Miami, especially as they look to exploit a depleted Lakers lineup.

Lebron James Under 21.5 Points

LeBron James is averaging 22.0 points per game so far this season. Despite his age, he remains an impactful scorer for the Los Angeles Lakers, shooting 48.2% from the field. His contributions also extend to other facets of the game, with averages of 8.0 rebounds and 9.1 assists per game. His ability to score efficiently while maintaining a significant role as a playmaker keeps him a vital component of the Lakers’ success.

We’ve seen Lebron fail to get over 20 points in 5 of his last 6 games. He’s been more of a facilitator role rather than a pure scorer for this Lakers team. I don’t think this is the game where we see Lebron get back on track with his scoring. This Miami team is known for playing good defense and playing at a slow pace. Let’s continue to ride this trend and fade Lebron in this spot.

Tyler Herro Over 4.5 Assists

Tyler Herro has been a consistent playmaker for the Miami Heat so far this season. Through 18 games, he is averaging 4.9 assists per game in 35.1 minutes per contest. His efficiency as a distributor is reflected in his assist-to-turnover ratio of 2.02, which highlights his ability to maintain control and make smart plays under pressure. Herro’s passing contributions are complemented by his scoring, as he balances facilitating for his teammates with his own offensive production.

We’ve seen Herro fail to get over this number of 4.5 assists in 3 straight games but I think this is a great spot to buy low. This should be a close and competitive game so expect Herro to get extended minutes. Also, this Lakers team is giving up 28.3 assists per game to opposing teams which is the 4th most in the league. I love this spot for Herro to get back over his assists line.

Jimmy Butler Over 19.5 Points

Jimmy Butler has been a consistent scoring presence for the Miami Heat, averaging 18.9 points per game so far this season. His offensive contributions include shooting an efficient 53.8% from the field and 33.3% from beyond the arc. Butler has been effective at getting to the free-throw line, where he averages 6.4 made free throws on 8.1 attempts per game, converting at a solid 78.8% rate. Notably, he recorded a season-high of 33 points on November 24, 2024, against the Dallas Mavericks, showcasing his ability to dominate offensively when needed.

Jimmy Butler didn’t play in the Heat’s last game against the Celtics but it looks like he’ll return back to action against the Lakers. The Lakers have been lackluster on defense allowing 114.9 points per game to opposing teams which is well above the league average. It seems like Jimmy Butler kicks it in a new gear when he plays a team like the Lakers. With the Heat being favorited in this expect Jimmy Buckets to have a solid game and score at least 20 points.

Detroit Pistons vs Milwaukee Bucks Player Prop Picks 12-3-24 Picks

This matchup between the Detroit Pistons and the Milwaukee Bucks will showcase a contrast in styles. The Pistons, led by Cade Cunningham, struggle offensively and rank near the bottom in scoring. However, Cunningham’s playmaking and scoring ability remain a bright spot. On the other hand, the Bucks are a high-scoring team with Giannis Antetokounmpo and Damian Lillard as their stars, which makes them a formidable offensive force. While the Bucks are expected to dominate, Detroit’s defense and rebounding could make it an intriguing contest. It looks like Cade Cunningham is questionable for this game so that’s something to keep your eye on when betting this game.

Giannis Antetokoumpo Over 31.5 Points

Giannis Antetokounmpo is having a standout 2024-25 NBA season. Over 17 games, he is averaging 32.9 points per game on 60.9% shooting from the field. His scoring is supplemented by 11.9 rebounds and 6.6 assists per game, showcasing his all-around contributions. While his three-point shooting remains modest at 21.4%, Giannis is highly effective at getting to the basket, reflected in his 70.6% free-throw shooting on 13.2 attempts per game. His performance also includes a solid 62.7% true shooting percentage.

Giannis has been going crazy as of late putting up 32+ points in his last 4 games and is coming off a game where he had 42 points. After a slow start to the season the Bucks are on a 6 game winning streak and a big reason for that has been Giannis’s monstrous play. The Pistons don’t have an awful defense but Giannis is a train right now and the Pistons are the next team to be run over.

Jaden Ivey Over 17.5 Points

Jaden Ivey has had a solid start to the 2024-25 NBA season, averaging 18.4 points per game across 30.9 minutes per contest. His shooting has been efficient, with an overall field goal percentage of 45.2% and a three-point percentage of 38.3%. He has shown his ability to get to the free-throw line, converting at a 72.9% rate, and contributes 4.3 assists per game, reflecting his playmaking skills.

Jaden Ivey has needed to step up with Cade Cunningham being out and we’ve seen his points line reflect that. He’s coming off a game against the Sixers where he only scored 15 points but I expect a better performance on Tuesday against this Bucks team. The Bucks have struggled on defense this season and like to play at a fast pace. Assuming Cunningham will be out again in this game expect Jaden Ivey to have a bounce back game and score over 17 points.

Damian Lillard Over 7.5 Assists

For the 2024-25 NBA season, Damian Lillard is averaging 7.8 assists per game (APG) across 16 games for the Milwaukee Bucks. His assist numbers reflect a key role in facilitating the offense, with a solid assist-to-turnover ratio of 2.8, which is indicative of his playmaking efficiency. Additionally, Lillard’s assist percentage stands at 11.5%, underscoring his involvement in the team’s overall ball movement. His assists per 48 minutes is 10.4, showing that when on the floor, he is a consistent distributor of the basketball.

We’ve seen Damian Lillard have 10+ assists in 5 of his last 6 games and I don’t see him slowing down anytime soon. This Bucks offense has been flowing which is a large reason they’re on this winning streak. Giannis and the Bucks role players are hitting their shots which has resulted in Damian Lillard stacking up a ton of assists.

Dallas Mavericks vs Memphis Grizzlies Player Prop Picks 12-3-24

This matchup between the Memphis Grizzlies and Dallas Mavericks will feature a contest between two teams with a mix of strong individual performances. The Mavericks (13-8) are led by Luka Doncic, who is averaging 28.1 points, 7.6 rebounds, and 7.6 assists. Doncic’s playmaking ability and scoring are key, while the addition of Klay Thompson provides a significant boost to their three-point shooting. Dallas also benefits from a solid defensive presence from Daniel Gafford, who averages 1.2 blocks per game.

The Grizzlies (14-7), meanwhile, have relied on Jaren Jackson Jr., who is averaging 22.8 points per game. Memphis also has strong defensive capabilities, with Jackson providing shot-blocking and leadership in the paint. Santi Aldama and Scotty Pippen Jr. round out their core, contributing both offensively and defensively. This game will likely revolve around Memphis’ defense and whether they can slow down Doncic’s production. On the other hand, the Mavericks will look to control the pace and take advantage of their home court.

Luka Doncic Over 31.5 Points

Luka Doncic has been putting up impressive scoring numbers in the 2024-25 NBA season, averaging 28.6 points per game across 15 appearances. His shooting efficiency has also been strong, hitting 44.9% of his field goals. He’s a threat from beyond the arc, converting 32.9% of his three-pointers, and is also effective at getting to the free-throw line, where he is shooting at 77.1%. Additionally, Doncic has been contributing across the board, averaging 7.6 rebounds and 8 assists per game, showcasing his all-around skills.

We saw Luka miss 5 games for the Mavericks due to injury but he came back last game against the Trailblazers. In the game, Luka Picked up right where he left off dropping 36 points. It looks like Kyrie Irving might now play in this game and if he does he probably won’t be 100%. Luka Doncic will need to step up and will have the ball more in his hands if Kyrie doesn’t play. Also in what should be a close and competitive game, I don’t mind taking Luka to have a big game.

Jaren Jackson Over 19.5 Points

Jaren Jackson Jr. has been delivering solid offensive performances for the Memphis Grizzlies in the 2024-25 season. Averaging 22.2 points per game, Jackson has showcased his scoring ability through efficient shooting. He connects on 51.6% of his field goals, including 33.0% from beyond the arc. Additionally, he contributes 5.8 rebounds per game. His free-throw shooting has been impressive at 81.0%. Jackson’s ability to score inside and stretch the floor has been crucial for the Grizzlies this season.

Jaren Jackson has been a pleasant surprise for this Grizzles team this season and has taken a lot of weight off Ja Morants back. We’ve seen him have back-to-back games against the Pelicans and Pacers. Both these teams score a ton of points and I expect multiple guys to have a solid night scoring the ball. This is a great spot to target Jaren Jackson to get 20+ points.

PJ Washington Over 8.5 Rebounds

For the 2024-25 NBA season, P.J. Washington has been contributing significantly on the boards. He is averaging approximately 8.9 rebounds per game, with his rebound totals fluctuating between games. For instance, in one of his more recent games, he recorded 17 rebounds against the Thunder. His season averages for rebounds show a well-rounded effort, with a solid balance between offensive and defensive boards. Washington’s rebounding performance is vital to his team’s success, contributing to their overall defensive efforts and second-chance opportunities.

We’ve seen PJ Washington have 10+ rebounds in 7 out of his last 10 games. He’s coming off a game against the Trailblazers where he only had 3 rebounds but this is a good spot for him to bounce back. The Grizzles are giving up 53 rebounds per game to opposing teams which is above the league average. I’ll take a shot with Washington getting back on track when it comes to a rebounding perspective.

LA Clippers vs Portland Trail Blazers Player Prop Picks 12-3-24

This matchup between the Portland Trail Blazers and the Los Angeles Clippers highlights two teams in different phases of development. The Trail Blazers are focusing on youth, led by Anfernee Simons and rookie Scoot Henderson, who is a dynamic playmaker but is listed as questionable due to injury. Portland has struggled defensively, allowing over 113 points per game.

The Clippers, featuring Norman Powell and James Harden, bring experience and depth. Harden’s playmaking (8.8 assists per game) and Powell’s scoring make the Clippers favorites, particularly with their solid defensive metrics at home.

Norman Powell Over 17.5 Points

Norman Powell has been a key offensive force for the Los Angeles Clippers in the 2024-25 NBA season, averaging 23.6 points per game while shooting an efficient 49.2% from the field and an impressive 49.6% from three-point range. He also excels at the free-throw line, converting 83.1% of his attempts. Notable performances include a 37-point outburst against Denver on October 26, where he shot 14-for-21 from the field and 7-for-11 from beyond the arc, and a standout 31-point, 12-rebound game against Sacramento on November 8. Powell’s consistency and efficiency have made him a critical scoring option for the Clippers.

I’ve been extremely impressed with Norman Powell this season. The Clippers have needed someone to step up on the offensive side of the ball with Kawhi out and Powell has been that guy. We saw him put up 28 points in his last game against the Denver Nuggets. I expect him to have another big game against this Trailblazers team that isn’t impressive on defense.

Ivica Zubac Over 11.5 Rebounds

Ivica Zubac has been a dominant presence on the boards for the LA Clippers in the 2024-25 NBA season, averaging 12.4 rebounds per game. He secures 4.0 offensive rebounds and 8.3 defensive rebounds per contest while playing 32.7 minutes on average. Zubac has recorded several standout performances, including a 17-rebound effort against the Golden State Warriors on November 18 and a 16-rebound game against the Washington Wizards on November 27. His rebounding consistency has made him a key factor in the Clippers’ interior defense and second-chance scoring opportunities.

Zubac has been a premier rebounder in the whole NBA this season and has the stats to back it up. He’ll be matched up with Deandre Ayton who on the exterior looks tough but will get bullied by a guy like Zubac all game. The Trailblazers are giving up 55.5 rebounds per game to opposing teams which is the 3rd most in the league. Expect Zubac to have another big game on the glass.

James Harden Over 7.5 Assists

James Harden has been an effective playmaker for the Los Angeles Clippers during the 2024-25 NBA season, averaging 8.9 assists per game over 22 games played. His passing has been a key aspect of the Clippers’ offense, often setting up teammates for high-percentage shots. Harden has recorded several games with double-digit assists, including a standout performance with 16 assists against the Golden State Warriors on November 18, 2024.

Harden has been getting 8+ assists a game consistently all season long. He’s this Clippers team floor general and guys like Norman Powell are making there shots to help Harden fill up the stat sheet when it comes to an assist perspective. He has a favorable matchup going against the Trailblazers who’re giving up 27.4 assists per game to opposing teams.

Cleveland Cavaliers vs Washington Wizards Player Prop Picks 12-3-24

The Cleveland Cavaliers and Washington Wizards matchup on December 3, 2024, pits two teams with contrasting trajectories. The Cavaliers, led by Donovan Mitchell and Evan Mobley, emphasize a blend of strong defense and offensive efficiency. Cleveland’s depth and cohesion give them a significant edge, especially at home.

The Wizards, centered on Jordan Poole and young talent, are in a developmental phase. Despite their rebuilding focus, they bring energy and an opportunistic offense. Key areas to watch include Cleveland’s interior dominance against Washington’s perimeter shooting and transition opportunities.

Jarrett Allen Over 10.5 Rebounds

Jarrett Allen has been a strong presence on the boards for the Cleveland Cavaliers during the 2024-25 NBA season. He is averaging 10.7 rebounds per game across 20 games so far. His rebounding is split between offensive and defensive categories, with 2.4 offensive rebounds and 8.4 defensive rebounds per game. Additionally, he averages 29.6 minutes per game, contributing significantly to the team’s rebounding efforts.

We’ve seen Allen fail to get over 10 rebounds in 3 straight games but this is a good spot for him to bounce back and have a monstrous day on the boards. The Wizards are giving up 56.5 rebounds per game to opposing teams, the 2nd most in the league. They lack size and experience in the paint which results in them getting dominated on the glass. This is most favorable matchup Jarrett Allen has seen over his last several games and he should capitalize on that.

Jordan Poole Over 19.5 Points

Jordan Poole has been a key offensive contributor for the Washington Wizards during the 2024-25 NBA season. Over 14 games, he has averaged 21.2 points per game, with shooting splits of 45.9% from the field, 44.3% from three-point range, and 88.9% from the free-throw line. Notable performances include a season-high 42 points against the San Antonio Spurs on November 13, 2024. Poole’s consistent scoring has been vital for the Wizards, especially in games where he has surpassed the 20-point mark.

It looks like Kyle Kuzma will be out for this game so this Wizards team will need to lean on Jordan Poole to take over on offense. We saw in the Wizard’s last game against the Bucks Poole scored 31 points in that game. This is also a game that I expect the Cavs to be leading most of the time which will force Poole to be aggressive on offense. If the Wizards want to stay within reaching range of the Cavs Poole will need to score 20+ points.

Darius Garland Over 6.5 Assists

Darius Garland has been a reliable playmaker for the Cleveland Cavaliers during the 2024-25 NBA season, averaging 6.9 assists per game over 21 games. His performance includes multiple standout games, such as a 12-assist showing against Charlotte and consistent contributions in the 5-9 assist range across other matchups. Garland’s passing has been pivotal in facilitating the Cavaliers’ offense, currently contributing to their strong start with an 18-3 record.

I love this spot for Garland to have a huge night in the assist collum. He’s coming off a great game against the Celtics where he finished with 8 assists. This Wizards defense is garbage and Garland will find many opportunities to find his guys for open shots. The Wizards are giving up 27.4 assists per game to opposing teams which is the 6th most in the league. This is a great spot to take the over on Garland’s assists.

Boston Celtics vs Miami Heat Player Prop Picks 12-2-24

The Miami Heat will face the Boston Celtics on December 2, 2024, at TD Garden in Boston. This matchup showcases two teams with contrasting starts to the season. The Celtics, with a dominant 16-3 record, sit near the top of the Eastern Conference and enter the game off a tough loss against the Cleveland Cavs. The Heat, at 9-8, are striving for consistency but remain competitive thanks to key contributions from their roster.

For the Celtics, Jayson Tatum continues to shine, averaging 28.7 points, 8.5 rebounds, and 5.8 assists per game. Derrick White has also been impactful on defense, contributing 1.1 blocks per game. Boston excels with balanced team play and one of the league’s top defenses, allowing only 110.6 points per game.

On the other hand, the Heat are led by Tyler Herro, averaging 23.6 points, and Bam Adebayo, who anchors the paint with 9.4 rebounds and 1.8 steals per game. Miami’s offense has been solid, averaging 111 points per game, but their defense will need to step up against Boston’s efficient scoring.

Bam Adebayo Over 9.5 Rebounds

Bam Adebayo has been a solid contributor on the boards, averaging 9.4 rebounds per game over 17 games for the Miami Heat. His rebounding efforts include approximately 2.7 offensive rebounds and 6.6 defensive rebounds per game, showcasing his ability to impact both ends of the court. In key performances, Adebayo has recorded double-digit rebound games, including an 11-rebound outing against the Indiana Pacers on November 15 and a 13-rebound effort versus the Philadelphia 76ers on November 18. His rebounding numbers are complemented by his ability to log high minutes, averaging 35.2 minutes per game, indicating his central role for Miami this season.

Bam Adebayo is coming off a monstrous game on the boards against the Toronto Raptors where he had a season-high 20 rebounds. I think he will carry that momentum into Boston on Monday. The Celtics do a lot of things great but they’re giving up 53.2 rebounds per game to opposing teams which is above the league average. For the Heat to stay in this game against the Celtics they’ll need to have Adebayo’s presence in the paint for defense and rebounding.

Jayson Tatum Over 28.5 Points

Jayson Tatum has been a scoring powerhouse for the Boston Celtics during this season. Through 19 games, he is averaging 28.7 points per game on 46.1% shooting from the field, including 37.8% from three-point range and 79.5% from the free-throw line. Tatum’s scoring versatility is evident as he takes 19.7 shots per game, making 4.0 three-pointers on 10.6 attempts. He also converts 6.5 of 8.2 free-throw attempts per game, contributing significantly to his overall production.

Notable performances include a 36-point, 9-rebound, and 10-assist game against the Brooklyn Nets and a 35-point, 14-rebound effort against the Chicago Bulls. He’s also coming off a big game on Sunday night against the Cleveland Cavs where he scored 33 points. It looks like Derrick White and Jaylen Brown are questionable for this game and even if they play they probably won’t be 100%. Tatum will need to be the focal point for this offense and I expect him to have another big game scoring the ball.

Tyler Herro Over 21.5 Points

Tyler Herro has been performing well during this season for the Miami Heat. He is averaging 24.0 points per game over 35.1 minutes, with a shooting efficiency of 47.0% from the field and 41.9% from three. He has also contributed 5.2 rebounds and 4.9 assists per game. Herro’s free throw shooting is strong, maintaining an 87.1% accuracy rate, and he continues to be a crucial offensive player for the Heat, showcasing his scoring versatility.

Tyler Herro has emerged as the go-to guy for the Miami Heat when they need a bucket. The fact that oddsmakers haven’t adjusted his line from 21.5 baffles me and there’s still a lot of value in taking the over on this point total. He’s coming off a game in Toronto where he scored 31 points and he should be able to carry that momentum into Boston on Monday.

Atlanta Hawks vs New Orleans Pelicans Player Prop Picks 12-2-24

The New Orleans Pelicans face off against the Atlanta Hawks on December 2, 2024, at State Farm Arena in Atlanta. The Pelicans are looking to end a rough patch, having lost 15 consecutive games, while the Hawks are riding momentum after recent back-to-back wins against the Cleveland Cavaliers and Charlotte Hornets.

Key players to watch include CJ McCollum and Dejontue Murray for the Pelicans. Brandon Ingram is questionable for this game. For the Hawks, Trae Young is the centerpiece, with 22.6 points and an impressive 11.6 assists per game, leading their offense. Atlanta’s Jalen Johnson also provides versatility with nearly 10 rebounds and 5.4 assists per contest

Statistically, the Hawks hold an edge offensively, scoring 116.1 points per game compared to the Pelicans’ 104.6. Defensively, both teams have room for improvement, with Atlanta allowing 119.5 points and New Orleans 113.3 per game. Atlanta’s superior shooting efficiency (46.7% FG) and rebounding could prove pivotal in this matchup.

Trae Young Over 11.5 Assists

Trae Young is excelling as a playmaker so far this season, averaging an impressive 12.4 assists per game, making him a pivotal component of the Atlanta Hawks’ offense. Alongside his passing prowess, Young is scoring 21.7 points per game across 19 appearances, playing 36.0 minutes per game. Notable performances include a stunning 22-assist game against the Cleveland Cavaliers on November 27, 2024, and a 19-assist effort against the Sacramento Kings on November 18, 2024. His consistent double-digit assists highlight his elite court vision and ability to orchestrate the Hawks’ offense effectively.

This matchup lines up well for Trae Young to have a big night in the assist collum. The Pelicans are giving up 28.5 assists per game to opposing teams which is the 3rd most in the league. Young is coming off a game where he only had 5 assists against the Hornets. I wouldn’t be surprised if we saw Trae Young have one of those massive 15+ assist games like he’s done throughout this season.

Dejounte Murray Over 18.5 Points

Since joining the New Orleans Pelicans for the 2024-25 season, Dejounte Murray has been averaging approximately 16.3 points per game through 3 games. He is shooting 41.8% from the field and 31.2% from three-point range, contributing as a balanced scorer and secondary playmaker. His role on the team includes creating opportunities and maintaining offensive flow, Murray has quickly established himself as a key piece in the Pelicans’ backcourt.

Murray is coming off a slow night against the Knicks where he only had 10 points but that was a tough matchup. Now he gets matched up with this Hawks team that has struggled on the defensive side of the ball and as well as they play at a fast pace which is the opposite of the Knicks. Also, let’s not forget the Hawks are Murray’s old team. I expect him to have some extra motivation returning to Atlanta for the first time.

Jalen Johnson Over 18.5 Points

Jalen Johnson has shown significant growth in the 2024-25 NBA season as a primary scoring option for the Atlanta Hawks. He is averaging 20.1 points per game while shooting an efficient 50.2% from the field. His three-point shooting stands at 37.2%, making him a consistent threat from beyond the arc, with about 1.8 three-pointers made per game. He has also displayed versatility by averaging 9.9 rebounds and 5.5 assists per game, contributing to multiple facets of the Hawks’ offense. His effective field goal percentage of 58.2% highlights his ability to score efficiently, both inside and outside the paint.

Jalen Johnson has been a pleasant surprise this season. He’s scored 20+ points in 4 straight games and has been this Hawks team’s most consistent scorer. Jalen Johnson’s scoring has been directly correlated with when the Hawks are successful as a team. This is one of his more favorable matchups as of late with the Pelicans struggling on defense.

Cleveland Cavaliers vs Atlanta Hawks Player Prop Picks 11-27-24

The matchup between the Atlanta Hawks and the Cleveland Cavaliers on November 27, 2024, at Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse features two teams with contrasting forms and playing styles. The Cavaliers, led by Donovan Mitchell, have been strong at home and boast one of the best defenses in the league, allowing just 111.1 points per game. Complementing Mitchell are Darius Garland’s playmaking and Jarrett Allen’s dominance in the paint, where he leads the team with 11.1 rebounds per game.

The Hawks, guided by Trae Young, bring a high-scoring offense that averages 115.6 points but struggles on defense, allowing 121 points per game. Atlanta’s Jalen Johnson has emerged as a key contributor, especially in rebounding, but the team has faced challenges on the road and is coming off a stretch of tough losses.

This game will likely hinge on the Hawks’ ability to break through the Cavaliers’ disciplined defense and whether Cleveland can capitalize on Atlanta’s defensive lapses. With the Cavaliers unbeaten at home this season, they are favored to continue their streak unless the Hawks can find their rhythm on both ends of the court.

Donovan Mitchell Over 3.5 Three Pointers

Donovan Mitchell is averaging 3.6 three-pointers per game on 8.9 attempts, with a shooting percentage of 41.1% from beyond the arc in the 2024-25 season. These stats highlight his role as a primary perimeter scorer for the Cleveland Cavaliers, demonstrating his efficiency as a shooter from a distance.

After a couple of quiet games from deep, we saw Mitchell bounce back and hit 5 three-pointers on Sunday against the Toronto Raptors. We’ve also seen him get over this line of 3.5 three-pointers in 6 of his last 10 games. He has a favorable matchup against the Hawks who allowed 16.7 three-pointers per game to opposing teams which is the most in the league. The Cavs should have their way with this Hawks and Mitchell should have plenty of chances to hit from deep.

Darius Garland Over 6.5 Assists

Darius Garland has been a key playmaker for the Cleveland Cavaliers in the 2024-25 season, contributing significantly to the team’s success. As of late November 2024, Garland is averaging 6.9 assists per game, ranking among the leaders for his team in this category. His assist-to-turnover ratio is strong, and he consistently shows his ability to run the offense, especially with his vision and court awareness.

His performance often includes a variety of assist types, whether it’s creating open looks from beyond the arc or facilitating in pick-and-roll situations. Garland’s assist numbers are a crucial part of his all-around game, as he combines playmaking with scoring and defense, playing a significant role in Cleveland’s offensive system. In a game against the Hawks where Cleveland should score with ease expect Garland to have another big night assisting his teammates.

Jalen Johnson Over 18.5 Points

Jalen Johnson is having an impressive 2024-25 season, averaging 19.9 points, 10.4 rebounds, and 5.1 assists per game. He has shown consistency in his scoring, shooting 48.4% from the field and 33.8% from beyond the arc. He also contributes significantly at the free-throw line with a solid 73.8% conversion rate. Johnson’s performances have been notable for both scoring and playmaking, with several high-scoring outings, including a 28-point game against Dallas on November 25, 2024.

In a game I expect the Cavs to be up in for most of the time I expect the Hawks to have their foot on the gas pedal to keep up. As of late Jalen Johnson has been this team’s most explosive scorer. In his last two games, we’ve seen him have a 25-point game against the Chicago Bulls and a 28-point game against the Dallas Mavericks. If the Hawks want to have any chance in this game Jalen Johnson will need to score at least 20 points.

Minnesota Timberwolves vs Sacramento Kings Player Prop Picks 11-27-24

On November 27, 2024, the Sacramento Kings will face the Minnesota Timberwolves at Target Center. Both teams are hovering around .500 this season. The Kings are known for their potent offense, averaging 116.5 points per game, but have struggled defensively, allowing 112.5 points per game. Sacramento is led by De’Aaron Fox, who contributes 24.6 points per game, alongside Domantas Sabonis, who brings 19.9 points and 12.6 rebounds per contest. The Kings have been particularly strong in ball movement, with Sabonis averaging 6.8 assists per game, which helps fuel their fast-paced offense.

On the other hand, Minnesota excels on defense, holding opponents to 109.3 points per game, and their offense is guided by the high-scoring Anthony Edwards, who leads the Timberwolves with 27.8 points per game. Rudy Gobert provides a strong presence in the paint, averaging 10.4 rebounds and 1.3 blocks per game. The Timberwolves also rely on Mike Conley’s veteran leadership at point guard.

The key to the matchup will likely be whether the Kings can handle the Timberwolves’ defense and how well Minnesota fares against Sacramento’s offensive depth. The Timberwolves will need to find ways to contain Fox and Sabonis, while the Kings must improve their defense to counter Edwards and Gobert’s inside dominance. With both teams eager to improve their standings, this should be a competitive and closely contested game.

Anthony Edwards Over 3.5 Three Pointers

Anthony Edwards has been impressive in the 2024-25 season, averaging 4.9 three-pointers made per game. This places him among the league leaders in terms of his volume of three-point shooting. His shooting efficiency stands at 43.8%, a strong mark for a high-volume shooter. This performance reflects Edwards’ continued growth as a reliable scoring option for the Minnesota Timberwolves.

We’ve seen Anthony Edwards have 2 straight games where he was lethal beyond the arc. He made 5 three-pointers against the Raptors and made 6 three-pointers against the Celtics in his last game. He’ll have a favorable matchup against the Kings who’ve been getting killed from deep. They allow 15.1 three-pointers per game to opposing teams which is the 2nd most in the league.

De’Aaron Fox Over 24.5 Points

De’Aaron Fox has been having a standout 2024-25 season for the Sacramento Kings. Through 18 games, he is averaging 28.1 points per game, ranking among the top scorers in the league. His shooting efficiency is impressive, with a field goal percentage of 50.4% and a three-point shooting rate of 34.5%. He’s also contributing 4.8 rebounds and 5.7 assists per game, showcasing his all-around game.

Fox’s performance has included several high-scoring games, with a career-high 60 points against Minnesota on November 15, which also set a franchise record. Sabonis will have his hands full dealing with Rudy Gobert in the paint. I expect Fox to have to take over and put up a lot of shots if the Kings want to stay in this game. In a game that should be close and competitive expect the Kings leading scorer to have himself a night.

Julius Randle Over 20.5 Points

Julius Randle is having a strong 2024-2025 season, averaging 21.8 points per game (PPG) over 16 games. Alongside his scoring, he contributes 6.6 rebounds and 4.2 assists per game. His shooting splits include 50% from the field, 35.9% from beyond the arc, and an impressive 79.1% from the free-throw line. Randle is taking 14.6 field goal attempts per game, including 4.9 three-point attempts, and has a solid true shooting percentage of 61.8%. He’s also playing 34.4 minutes per game.

Julius Randle has been on fire lately. We’ve seen him have 4 straight 20+ point games including a season-high 25-point game against the Suns on November 17th. As the season goes on I expect Randle to find his groove with this Timberwolves team and continue to have big scoring nights. In what should be a close back & forth game let’s ride with the hot hand.

Golden State Warriors vs Oklahoma City Thunder Player Prop Picks 11-27-24

On November 27, 2024, the Golden State Warriors will host the Oklahoma City Thunder at Chase Center. The Warriors come in with a 12-5 record and the Thunder have a 12-4 record making this matchup crucial for positioning in the Western Conference.

The Thunder, led by Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, boast a high-powered offense, averaging 115.2 points per game. Their defense has been solid, limiting opponents to 103.9 points. The Warriors, spearheaded by Stephen Curry, are also a potent offensive unit, ranking second in the West in scoring with 117.7 points per game.

The game will feature a high-scoring affair, with both teams possessing standout offensive and defensive talents. The outcome will likely depend on whether Oklahoma City can contain Curry’s shooting and the Warriors’ ball movement, or if the Thunder’s depth, particularly around Gilgeous-Alexander, can disrupt Golden State’s rhythm.

Draymond Green Over 6.5 Rebounds

As of the 2024-25 season, Draymond Green is averaging 6.1 rebounds per game (RPG) across 17 games for the Golden State Warriors. His rebounding performance has been steady, with a notable 5.2 defensive rebounds per game, reflecting his continued impact on that end of the floor. He’s also contributing an average of 0.9 per game. Green is performing well in terms of his rebound percentage, holding a 10.9% overall rebounding rate.

This Thunder team does everything well besides snagging rebounds. Without Chet in the paint, this Thunder team is very small. They’re allowing 58.6 rebounds per game to opposing teams which is the most in the league. Draymond Green has gotten over this number of 6.5 rebounds in his last 7 games. I don’t see how he doesn’t have a big night on the glass going against this Thunder team.

Jalen Williams Over 21.5 Points

Jalen Williams is having a strong 2024-25 season for the Oklahoma City Thunder. Through 17 games, he is averaging 22.1 points per game, shooting an impressive 52.3% from the field. He is also making 39.3% of his three-pointers, contributing 2.1 three-pointers per game. His free throw shooting is exceptional at 83.7%, adding another layer to his offensive game. In addition to scoring, Williams contributes solidly across the board with 6.5 rebounds and 5.2 assists per game.

Jalen Williams has been on fire lately dropping 27+ points in 4 straight games. This Thunder team has needed him to step up with Chet Holmgren out with an injury. Williams has cleared this line of 21.5 points in 7 of his last 8 games. I’m going to ride the hot hand and I think there’s still a ton of value with his line being set in the low 20’s.

Steph Curry Over 5.5 Assists

Stephen Curry has been consistently contributing as a playmaker this season. As of late November 2024, he is averaging 6.5 assists per game, showing his ability to facilitate for the Golden State Warriors alongside his scoring prowess. His assists have been crucial in the team’s offensive rhythm, especially as Curry has also been putting up 22.4 points per game on efficient shooting.

We’ve seen Steph Curry get over this number of 6.5 assists in 4 of his last 5 games. This Thunder perimeter defense is strong and Steph Curry will garner a lot of attention. This should help open his teammates up which should result in him tallying assists. We saw these teams play just a couple of weeks ago and Steph had 7 assists in that game. I don’t see why he couldn’t have a performance like that again.
